- Friday July 4th - Event Practice
- Saturday July 5th - Round 1
- Sunday July 6th - Round 2 (Includes Red River Regional)
Double race format - one set of races Saturday July 5th, one set of races July 6th. One set of tires allowed per day. Scoring based on Motocross style points as a result of finishes in the Finals - First place place gets 1 point, Second place - 2 points, third place - 3 points and so on. Points combined from the Mains for both days decides the 2003 National Class Championship - lowest points wins.
Tiebreakers based on combined qualifying times for Saturday and Sunday.

SKUSA Red River Regional race is part of Sunday's events. Red River Region points will be scored separately from the USSN using only the competitors within the Red River Region, yet they will also be scored as part of the USSN.
