Kartweb Smashes New Track Records!

Every year during the Holidays Kartweb experiences record traffic volumes.  This year we figured we would spike the punch - and hoped we wouldn't crash the server.  For 36 hours beginning December 25th and ending at midnight December 26th, we provided a free login and password to the best shifter race ever filmed - "The Ron & Bobby Show" from the 2002 Supernationals.

From the report below this video was played a total of 4508 times on one day.  The former single-day video play record (December 27 2003)  was 3356 plays for the King of the Streets at Rock Island that year.

We didn't mention it, but the login and password gave access to the entire Subscriber Section.  Apparently a few people figured that out - we also set a record number of new subscribers in a single day period - from 28 (October 2nd 2003) to 42 - and that's just over the previous 18 hours!
