Iron Rock Raceway now offers a Child Racer Membership, making
it easier for parents to get their children into one of the most
exciting sports available. The limited-time membership is available
for any child under age 22 living at home and is aimed at parents
who are interested in enjoying their childıs participation from the
sidelines.
Not every parent wants to race, themselves, said Laura Wright, Iron
Rock spokesman. But they want their child realize the many benefits
of racing. The Child Racer Membership is designed to accommodate
those parents.
The membership offers:
Full Club and Track Access with no pit pass charge for local
events.
Free Club Races - 15 races in 2006 alone.
Free Kid Kart/Juniorıs Night, a practice/training night offered
twice a month.
Free Valet Karting
Wright emphasized that karting is the ideal sport for improving
concentration and team skills in a safe environment that emphasizes
fair play and healthy competition.
Many of our members' kids have their eyes on racing Indy Cars and
Formula One some day, Wright said. But if you only want to improve
your childıs attention, help them develop good sportsmanship skills
and watch them have the time of their lives, karting is the sport.
The Child Racer Membership is available for a one-time initiation
fee of $1,000 and regular monthly dues. No additional monthly dues
are required for additional children, only an additional initiation
fee.

options, call 512-530-RACE or visit
