While most Long Track racing would use a standing start, Road
America uses a rolling start. Starting from somewhere well
back in the pack the TM K9B powered Birel makes a beeline for the
front of the field but doesn't stay there for long. Notice how
the Honda powered karts have torque off the bottom and the top speed
advantage where the TM has a ton of mid range. Long Tracks are
famous for lots of passing. Just in the first 3 minutes you'll
see more passing action then 3 hours of sprint racing provides.
Three wide, sometimes four wide heading into a turn!
