OKC KART CLUB 2006 SCHEDULE |

Oklahoma City Kart Club established in 1974 is again hosting races
at Macarthur Park Raceway. With new officers and some very dedicated
members, the club is recovering from some slow times and is getting
back on its feet. In 2005 OKC Kart Club hosted a round of the KART
Southern Sprint Series Regional Races. Even with thunderstorms in
the area and wet conditions it was a very successful event having
the second largest turnout of the seven race series. OKC Kart Club
will again host a round of the 2006 KART Southern Sprint Series
Regional Series, August 5-6, this will be a bonus points round. We
secured 2 of the 4 rounds of the Oklahoma Superbikers Series, Mini
Motos – Unlimited Supermotos. Come race with our club where everyone
is welcome and all views are respected. Be a part of the rebuilding
one of the oldest clubs in the country. We will race all types of
karts from Kid Karts to 125 Shifter Karts. MacArthur Park Raceway is
an 7/10 mile asphalt sprint track. The track is located at 6201 SE
15th in OKC, Ok, ½ mile south of I-40 on MacArthur Blvd. |
