KLEIN TOOLS ANNOUNCED AS TITLE SPONSOR FOR MRP REGIONAL ROTAX
SERIES |

THREE OAKS, MI (February 21, 2006)
Michiana Raceway Park announced today that KLEIN TOOLS will
be the title sponsor of the track’s regional Rotax series for 2006.
The series, KLEIN TOOLS Rotax Kart Challenge at Michiana Raceway
Park, will consist of eight races and will run the series at the
site of the 2005 U.S. RotaxMax Grand Nationals and 2004 Midwest
Regional Grands.

“This agreement will help us offer increased promotion and a much
stronger year-end awards program for the series participants. Klein
Tools has had a long tradition in motorsports and Michiana Raceway
Park currently boasts the largest and most competitive Rotax field
in the Midwest, so we are looking forward to what the future holds.”
Based in Chicago, Klein Tools is a family-owned and operated company
which has been in business since 1857, designing, developing,
producing and marketing worldwide quality tools and protective
equipment to meet the demanding needs of trade professionals who
earn a living with their tools.

Klein Tools, which employs approximately 1,000 people nationwide,
began its motorsports association to support the marketing efforts
of the company and its distributorships in key markets. The
association has continuously flourished, resulting in an impressive
increase in exposure for Klein Tools both domestically and
internationally.
