News & Press Releases should provide an accurate accounting of the events and have a range of 300 - 2000 words in the content.  In most cases we'll post the news as written although we may put some editing touches on it.

Streaming video is probably one of the best things to come to the internet, but it's also a thousand times more challenging then photos.  Getting a good quality image from a compressed video format takes a thorough understanding of the encoders and their configuration.  For that reason we very much prefer the highest resolution format possible to work with.

We strongly advise against adding background music to avoid the risk of copyright infringement.

We require videos to be mailed to us on a CD or DVD.  The files should conform to the following standards;

• WMV - AVI - MPG
• High resolution - at least 5Mbs - Each minute of video will be at least 36 Megabytes file size.
• Kart oriented - not the girls at the track or some fight.
• No "pirated" video or audio.
