Track Description Infineon is a complete racing complex
including a well groomed 45' wide 2.52 mole road course.
Formerly known as Sears Point Raceway, this track is one of the best
road courses in the nation with a rich racing heritage.
Infineon has about an 80 foot difference in grades. Gear as tall
as possible as the speed along the back stretch is incredible.
Almost like Road Atlanta in the old days the slight turns are wide
open on a 125 although a 250 will back off a few times. At
least most of them will. Drafting will be the key strategy at
Infineon Sears Point. |
